To further enhance the cohesion, combat effectiveness and centripetal force of Changyuan Daming people and better stimulate work enthusiasm, from June 10 to 11, 2023, Daming Technology organized and carried out a team building and expansion activity on Xiachuan Island with the theme of "FUN Enjoying Mountains and Seas. Moving Forward with Unity". This activity set up multiple cooperative competition projects, namely "Dryland Dragon Boat", "Upright Forest" and "Working in Concert".

In the competition session of "Dryland Dragon Boat", under the leadership of the team captains, each team formulated strategies and cooperated in division of labor by applying the thinking of "Tian Ji's Horse Racing". They effectively allocated physical strength according to the physical conditions of each team member. Everyone showed the spirit of bravely moving forward for the honor of the team. Even when their legs were so tired that they could hardly move and sweat had soaked their clothes, they still continued to run forward with the team in order to let the "dragon boat" reach the finish line as quickly as possible. Every team member who completed the whole course is highly commended. From time to time, warm cheers and shouts rang out on the scene.

In the "Upright Forest" competition project, team members stood in formation and collaborated with each other. With tacit cooperation, they ensured that the columns did not fall. Some teams took the lead in speed, while some teams made good plans in arranging their lineups. The Daming people showed the fighting spirit of unity and cooperation and forging ahead in this competition.

In the "Working in Concert" session, team members actively summarized the experience of the previous two competition projects. According to the requirements of the coach for this session's competition activities, from initially groping and stacking the cylindrical wheels one by one forward, to making detailed plans and arrangements for positions, roles, placement of cylindrical wheels, and the sitting positions of team members on the air cushion vehicle. Every team member was brainstorming and contributing ideas for the air cushion vehicle to reach the finish line quickly and smoothly. Time and again, their clothes were soaked with sweat. Time and again, they experienced the joy of victory through teamwork. Our team members sweated profusely but enjoyed it. In the end, Team 6, the "Ever Victorious Team," won the championship. General Manager Zheng Lixin presented awards to the winning team.

This activity allowed employees to experience the importance of teamwork and trust, and also created a great event atmosphere, fully demonstrating the youthful demeanor of Daming Technology employees. This team building activity not only enhanced the cohesion of the Daming family but also boosted the youthful morale of employees!
