Recently, Changyuan Daming, a subsidiary of Changyuan Technology Group, has opened a new chapter of cooperation with Inovance United Power Thailand Company, significantly broadening the cooperation territory of both parties. The multi-in-one electric drive production line project of Inovance Thailand undertaken by Changyuan Daming was successfully delivered to the production base in Thailand in May 2024 and the first stage of installation and debugging work has been completed, marking that the project is about to enter a new stage of trial production.
This project is not only the first breakthrough of Changyuan Daming in the Southeast Asian market, but also an important milestone in the global strategic journey, demonstrating the determination and strength of the enterprise to deeply expand into overseas markets.
This production line is a highly flexible intelligent assembly line planned by Changyuan Daming for Inovance based on mature domestic and foreign electric drive cases. It mainly has the following eight characteristics:
01 Comprehensive production process
The entire project consists of an electric control assembly line, a rotor assembly line, a reduction gearbox wiring line, an assembly line for the complete unit, complete machine testing, a whole-line control system, a whole-line traceability system, and an upper-level monitoring system.
02 All-round data monitoring
The upper-level monitoring system provides a clear view of the operation status and fault diagnosis of on-site equipment. It can realize functions such as collection, storage, query, and printing of reports for production data.
03 Strict traceability of parts and components
Through the Daming traceability system, it is possible to trace and query the part numbers of all components of any product, trace the batches of all components (bearings/outer rings/oil seals/bolts, etc.) and accurately trace individual key components (rotors/reduction gears/controllers, etc.).
04 Transparent production status
Through the Daming traceability system, it is possible to trace and query the assembly data and measurement data of any motor at each key workstation.
05 Complete error prevention mechanism
Through the whole-line error prevention strategy and repair strategy, the entire line achieves the goal of not manufacturing defects, not accepting defects, and not passing on defects.
06 Scientific in-plant logistics
Fully considering the relationship between each assembly line, through the transportation of friction roller conveyors, the production process logistics and raw material supply logistics are unobstructed.
07 Flexible production
When switching models, by reading and writing with a barcode scanner to track workpieces during the production process, online workstations can automatically identify models, semi-automatically switch programs, power head positions or equipment actions to achieve flexible production.
08 Standardized design
The equipment uses the company's standardized configuration, maintaining the unified style of the whole-line standardized design. After long-term verification, the mature modular design greatly reduces the design and manufacturing costs of the equipment and ensures the high quality of the equipment. At the same time, it has flexible expansion functions, fully considering future expandability and reserving expansion space.
During the project implementation process, the team of Changyuan Daming's East China base took Kunshan as the starting point, replicated the on-site layout in Thailand on a 1:1 scale, efficiently completed installation and debugging, and quickly passed the customer's pre-acceptance. Subsequently, the production line was seamlessly transferred to the Thai factory, realizing the smooth offline of the first product of this project. From project startup to shipment, it only took 60 days. From the arrival of goods to the offline of the first product, it only took 20 days. This remarkable feat not only refreshed the production line delivery record but also won high praise and trust from customers.
Changyuan Daming has been deeply engaged in equipment manufacturing in the new energy industry for more than 10 years and has accumulated valuable technical experience.
