CYG, which has profound technical accumulation in the fields of new energy vehicle three-electric system and intelligent driving, recently cooperated with Chongqing Qingshan. The dual-motor controller automated assembly and test line tailored for it officially passed and joint inspection of Changan Automobile and Qingshan Industry on April 2, 2024, and was delivered ahead of schedule.

1.Efficiently Promoting Delivery 

Since the signing of the contract between two parties, the project team has maintained the efficient working state and successfully completed multiple key stages such as project initiation, line design, material procurement, equipment assembly, equipment debugging and pre-acceptance. The production line was smoothly delivered in just 75 days, achieving an “acceleration” in project delivery. In this process, the project team overcame unfavorable factors such as the Spring Festival holiday. Relying on the company’s standardized design advantages, they collaborated closely with various departments to ensure every stages including procurement, production, technology and quality can be connected seamlessly. 

2.Production Line Scores Outstanding

  On April 30, 2024, the production line successfully passed the strict three-day audit by the foreign expert group of China Changan at one time and won the honor of "excellent quality control of non-standard line body". This dual-motor controller production line has an annual capacity of 249,000 sets. It adopts internationally renowned brands such as Siemens control system and Desoutter tightening system, with an automation rate as high as 76%. The production line adopts a number of advanced quality assurance measures, such as position arm error prevention, fully automatic nail feeding and counting, deep learning visual inspection system, sensor error prevention, etc to ensure stable and reliable product quality. In terms of warehousing and logistics, digitalization and intelligence are realized through the way of "physical flow + information flow", greatly improving space utilization and personnel efficiency.

Meanwhile, the production line is equipped with an advanced production line-level MES production information management system to realize the full traceability of product information, meet multiple product switching scenarios, and also be able to quickly compatible with subsequent new products, saving site for customers, reducing manufacturing costs and improving production efficiency.

3.A New Milestone in Cooperation

On May 15, 2024, the PV prototype of Chongqing Qingshan dual-motor controller was officially offline, marking another important milestone in the cooperation between the two parties. Mr. Liu, the chairman of Qingshan Enterprise, and Mr. Deng, the director of Chang'an Powertrain Research Institute, said at the meeting that the CYG has ensured the smooth offline of Chang'an's first self-developed dual-motor controller with high-quality services and professional capabilities, creating the fastest record for the construction of Qingshan's production line. In August 2024, it has officially entered the mass production stage.
